The S&P/NZX 50 Index dipped 0.16 points, or 0.002 percent, to 7913.62. Within the index, 26 stocks fell, 19 increased, and five were unchanged. Turnover was $204 million. Synlait Milk and A2 Milk broke records on regulatory approval to retain Chinese market access for infant formula next year. Synlait Milk rose 6.7 percent to $6.25, and A2 Milk increased by 0.2 percent to $6.54. Z Energy was down 3 percent to $7.39. Air New Zealand rose 3.4 percent to $3.34. Restaurant Brands increased 0.8 percent to $6.65. Trilogy International decreased 10 percent to $2.15, Moa Group increased 9.8 percent to 45c, and Hallenstein Glasson Holdings jumped 4.7 percent to $3.33.
