The Future of Food Forum between the Netherlands and New Zealand organised by the Embassy of the Netherlands will take place in Auckland next week. The forum would take advantage of the similarities between the Netherlands and New Zealand and aimed to explore new opportunities where the two countries could collaborate on the issues of sustainable food and commerce in key global markets. The forum would be attended by Science and Innovation Minister, Steven Joyce, Netherlands Minister for Economic Affairs, Henk Kamp, Fonterra Chief Executive, Theo Spierings, Zespri Chief Executive, Lain Jager, and Massey University Vice Chancellor, Steve Maharey.
